Date unknown but could be 1930s. Unmarked but probably T. Cohn. Sand is poured into funnel at top and as it exits through the bottom it makes the see-saw operate. On one side Popeye sits under an umbrella holding Sweet Pea and on the other Olive sits holding Jeep. These pieces are flat metal and lithographed on both sides. Provenance: Collection of Carl Lobel.

Condition: (Excellent Plus).
