Circa 1930. The Chein logo is not on the toy but it is a Chein toy. Front and back panel of platform are copyright Pat Sullivan with the NIFTY brand logo. The Geo. Borgfeldt toy distribution company sold their commissioned and licensed top line tin toys under the NIFTY brand name. Felix is in perpetual pursuit of two red mice. Lithography of running Felix figures on side panels echo the same images on the Guntherman carousel made in Germany a few years earlier. Some edge wear. See ATW Spotlight article Sept. 2009.
