Copyright Fontaine Fox. Toonerville Trolley character. Decal missing top sliver. Small hole in his mouth which originally held a stiff piece of string representing his cigar is now missing. The Performo toy company of Middleton, PA. made a series of flat woodfigures held together with small nuts and bolts which allow the figures to be artfully posed. All were produced from 1926 to 1928 and represent licensed characters who debuted in the 1920s. Note Mickey is mispelled Micky on decal. Provenance: Collection of Carl Lobel.

Condition: (Excellent).
