Japanese. Circa 1950s. Tin. Wind-up is working. Marked "Linemar Japan King Features Syndicate". When wound, Popeye skates while carrying a plate full of spinach. Original pipe and rubber wheel but pants have faded over time from blue to white. Includes original box with some creasing and wear.
