Italian. Rare. Working. Marked "Ingap" on bottom, right rear. Very nice colored lithography, especially on wheel. Shows fairy tale scene on both sides of front wheel. Unusual looking Pinocchio with pointed hat. Minor to moderate wear on chest of figure.
