Wooden hand painted duck. Has a black body with blue eyes wearing a blue sleeping cap. Condition is fair with paint tarnishing over time and has evidence of wear throughout. Made for a carousel, hold and cast iron mount is at the center. Somewhat resembles Walter Lantz "Cartune" character Chilly Willy, a penguin.
