The larger one is unmarked but most likely American made. The figure is all cloth with a metal bell on the end of the hat. This one is missing the top to the box. The smaller one is stamped "Germany" on the bottom and the figure has a composition head. Both have some soiling to the figures.

Condition: (Very Good).
