Manufactured by the American Artworks Company in Ohio. Tin over cardboard. Great-looking piece with an illustration of two young children learning how to write while using a Waterman's pen. Nice, soft, muted colors throughout. Can be displayed on a counter or be hung from a wall. Appears to have never been used with just very little wear overall and a few minor nicks.

Condition: (Near Mint - Near Mint Plus).
