Base is made of cardboard and wood, doll has a bisque head. Toy is all original including clothing. When lever is pushed on rear of box, toy makes a squeaking noise and per instructions on bottom, if soap water is put in dish, clown will blow bubbles. Very early and primitive toy.
Condition: (Excellent).
