Original base has clockwork mechanism and two dressed men holding flags race around tower. Men look original, clothes look replaced, missing on flag. Base itself has some staining, and some paper loss to the paper on wood gallery. Bottom of base looks original, and the top part might be an old restoration. Also missing some small metal templates on top rim of base from wire knocking against it while the toy is in action. Need adjustment to work properly. Rare toy.
Condition: (Very Good).
