Looks to be electrified; when working wheels and pulleys make figure play piano, the elephant go up and down, the bell ring, the mouse go up and down, and the hammer hit tack. There is a little directional board, which has oriental figures on it. On the base it says "Automatic Tack Hammer". Looks complete except that small figure on top is missing head. Nicely painted, and untested. CORRECTION: Missing power cord.
