Fine original Colt AR15 SP1 with typical markings on left side of receiver as registered by Tyrol Sport Arms Company. Birds cage flash hider bayonet lug, short round handguards, and telescoping buttstock. No forward assist present. Also features a chrome bore and includes two 30 and two 20 round magazines, nylon sling, and Colt safety and instruction manual. A number of Colt AR-15's were converted to full auto in response to market demand by various licensed machine gun manufactures. With increased availability of high quality, tactically aggressive upper assemblies, these Colt registered lowers have also increased in popularity. Overall finish and appearance extremely fine throughout. Even the anodized finish on the telescoping metal buttstock is near mint. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is excellent, shiny, and bright. Charging handle and magazine match with an attractive, light gray finish with some slight residue almost like a thumb print on the left ear of the charging handle. Very fine and collectable machine gun for the modern military enthusiast. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
