Matted and framed under glass. Pad appears to be complete, metal strip is not visible because of the matting. It has very strong colors and a great graphic that shows two women enjoying Coca-Cola on the beach. There is a fold, horizontal wrinkle marks on the right side, and some professional touch up on the top border and edge. Displays well above average.
