American. Post-war. This is the extremely scarce version of this particular Lionel accessory. Item is all original except for a few touchups to the red dish. Minor pitting to the bottom of the gray base and sides show minor pitting here and there but overall in excellent condition. Includes rare original box in beautiful excellent plus condition. One of the finest examples of this item.
