German. Circa 1930. Working. Marked "Uncle Wiggily's Crazy Car" on front of hood and "Copyright to Howard R. Garis". Original suitcase, pole, and ears. Nice color lithography. Some minor scratching and wear, especially to trunk area above spare tire.
