American. Working. Figures of Popeye and Brutus are celluloid. When wound, figures move around in a simulated fight scene. Beautiful graphics of Popeye characters around base. One small dent to Popeye's hat and one slight dent to Brutus' nose. Includes original box with two laser copy flaps on bottom.
