This is a Jersey Arms Works marked but Hatton Industries registered machine gun frame for the Avenger Model (M-10 clone) Commando Series machine gun. Marked as Cal. 45 ACP on frame. Jersey Arms Works markings on right side of receiver with SN and model markings on left side of receiver. Included is one 20 round magazine in the magazine well. Please note that this is a registered frame only and there are no parts with the exception of the noted magazine. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval for transfer. This item is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or 4. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish very fine, smooth lustrous blue finish with only the slightest of handling marks visible and some loss of finish on the inside of the frame where the safety would go. 52939-40 JWK (3,000-5,000)
