POPULAR JOHN B STEMPLE MODEL 76/45 MACHINE GUN (FULLY TRANSFERABLE). STEMPLE 76/45 159 45 ACP MODERN; NFA Cal. 45acp. 7" bbl. Stemple model 76/45 copy of the Smith & Wesson model 76. Comes with a total of three adapted M3 grease gun magazines. This is a very straight forward and reliable machine gun with a simple sliding safety forward of trigger guard. Marked "J. STEMPLE GROVEPORT, OHIO" on right side of receiver next to SN. Receiver number is the only visible number. Stemple machine guns are well made and reliable shooters and are often seen at the range. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval for transfer. This item is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or 4. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine. Orig gray parkerized finish with matching gray parkerized refinish on magazines. Composite handgrip very fine with a couple of handling marks. Soft, rubber casing on swing out shoulder loop also very fine. Mechanics are fine. Bore is very fine, shiny, and bright.
