Uncommon Model 1918 transitional single decal helmet in overall excellent condition. Shell retains more than 90% of its original rough paint and appears to be marked "SI62". The crown has most of the wear. Heer decal is in excellent condition and appears to be a "Huber-Jordan". Liner band is steel and the untouched liner are excellent. Liner retains its original drawstring and the liner is size marked, and it appears to be a "54". Chinstrap is present and is slightly dry. A very nice example of a desirable M18 transitional helmet.
