Lot contains: (A) Luftwaffe M42 Single Decal helmet with 90-95% of its original rough blue-gray paint present. Most of the wear is on the crown. Shell is maker and size marked "ET64" on the inside left rim, and the lot number of "2600" is stamped on the inside rear rim. Original lacquered decal is in approximately 90% condition. Excellent condition leather liner with edge wear is untouched, and is sized marked "57" with the initials "HZ" inside, The original drawstring is present. A U.S. World War II issue chinstrap has been attached at some point. (B) Luftschutz M34 Decal helmet with over 95% of its original dark blue painted finish remaining. The crown has the usual scattered marks. There is some freckling on the inside crown of the shell, which appears to have been from moisture with the helmet being stored upside down. Shell is stamped "RL2 39/11" and ink stamped with the size of "56" on the inside of the rear rim. The "air protect act" quotation is present on a decal placed inside the rear as well. A lacquered Luftschutz decal is present on the front and is approximately 95% intact. Leather liner is dry and has some wear on the edges, and is excellent. The correct chinstrap is present. CONDITION: Overall excellent, wear as noted.
