This is an extremely rare flange sign advertising Colgate’s Talcum Powder. It has a great graphic which shows a baby girl holding a can of Cashmere Bouquet Powder. One side of the flange is displayable with some soiling, light oxidation with some marks. The other side is heavily worn with oxidation and paint loss.

Condition: (Very Good).
