A U.S. postage stamps dispenser, manufactured by Shipman Mfg. Co. and had produced vending machines from the 1930s to 1960s. There are two different postage stamps displayed, giving the patron options for one or two different kinds. It is made of steel with a navy blue front, detailed in white. This item does not contain stamps. Moderate wear throughout, most visible along the base and rear. One key is included.
