A pencil vendor manufactured by Harmon Machine Co. with the last patent dates ranging from the 1940s to 1950s. It has a pressed steel cabinet, in blue and detailed in white. It has wear throughout, visible along the base with scratches to the paint. Works well, dispenses pencils.
