Lot contains: A) British Royal Artillery Regiment Home Service Helmet. Dark blue cloth over cork with gilded chinstrap bosses, chinchains, ball top and trim. The Kings crown helmet plate of the Royal Artillery Regiment is mounted to the front of the helmet. Tan leather sweatband, red silk lining, green visor linings. CONDITION: Excellent. B) British Army Cheshire Regiment Home Service Spike Helmet. Dark blue cloth over cork with gilded chinstrap bosses, chinchains, spike, and trim. The Kings crown helmet plate of the Cheshire Regiment is mounted to the front of the helmet. Tan leather sweatband, green visor linings. Interior stamped "Hawkes & Co 14 Piccadilly London".
