Faithful and high quality Vector Arms manufactured copy of the Heckler & Koch Model 53 machine gun, except that this is a semi-automatic short barreled rifle. Vector made these guns in response to market demand for a guns that would look, take the magazines and accessories of, and provide the same semi-auto performance characteristics of the Heckler and Koch gun, but be semi-automatic only and cost so much less than its registered select fire counterpart. These Vector guns are so well made and faithful in performance that they often become host guns for full-auto sear packs. This model incorporates telescoping shoulder stock and dual push-button and "flapper" tab magazine release. Also includes spare composite buttstock and forend as well as clamp on scope rail and three 30 round and two 25 round magazines. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent black hard coat original finish with some slight brassing to the composite forend. Pistol grip near excellent. Bore is extremely fine, shiny and bright. Bolt very good with evidence of firing. Mechanics are crisp. This weapon is registered as a "Short Barreled Rifle" IAW the National Firearms Act. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
