Restored porcelain postage stamp vendor, retaining its lovely patriotic motif and featuring a graphic of the US capitol building at the center. It is colored in navy, detailed in red and white. There are three selections the patron can choose from, 4- 5¢ stamps, 3 stamps for 25¢ or 2- 4¢ stamps for 10¢. Does not includes stamps. It was manufactured by Dillon Mfg. Co. in 1930. With two keys.
