Police department acquired Heckler & Koch Model 53 machine gun with one original 30 round magazine and green web sling. This specimen was purchased by a police department and then never issued out or fired. Proof mark “ID” indicates 1983 manufacture. Serial number on left side of magazine well with three position selector “O, 1, 25”. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is new unfired with factory original preservative grease still in the action. Magazine and sling appears to be new as well. Bore and bolt are mint. Mechanics are crisp. Investment level condition not often encountered. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS TRANSFERABLE ONLY TO CURRENT ACTIVE FLL/SOT DEALERS ON AN ATF FORM 3 ONLY.
