Lot consists of: Three early RHODE ISLAND plates, representing the first three issues by the state. 1423 is the first issue, used from 1904-1907, this number was issued in 1906. The second issue, 4111, was used from 1908-1911, this number was issued in 1908. The third issue, 9033, was used from 1912-1917, with this one being issued in 1912. All plates are porcelain, the first issue is all original, while the other two have very slight touch-up, well above average condition on this group of plates.
