Lot consists of: a group of plates from OKINAWA and the RYUKYU ISLANDS. There are four plates to include: a 1963 Okinawa private auto issued to servicemen serving on Okinawa for their private vehicles, a 1959 Okinawa with an "E" prefix, denoting it was issued to an enlisted person, a RYCOM 1952, part of the Okinawa series and is an abbreviation for "Ryukyu Command", this was the private vehicle issue used that year only, and last, a Ryukyu Islands 1957 plate, the "PC" prefix denotes "private-commercial", in other words, issued for vehicles used for both private purposes as well as commercial purposes, which is a very rare type.
