Lot consists of: Two types of MASSACHUSETTS plates. One, No. 8, was issued to a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, the other three were part of a group of plates issued as part of a long-running "political patronage" series, given to legislators and "special high-ranking people" with government connections. These plates allowed them to park near the Capitol Building on Beacon Hill in Boston. The series of plates were so abused that, by 1965, the government started adding numbers to them so as to track the owners. With the exception of the 1963, which is good, this collection is excellent condition.

Condition: (Excellent).

Item Dimensions: Largest: 12" x 6".
LOT OF 4: MASSACHUSETTS LICENSE PLATES WITH RAISED EMBLEMS.
