Lot consists of: An interesting group of plates from Africa. A2195 CI-1 is from the IVORY COAST, P-1260 is from LIBERIA, 49 is from MADAGASCAR, GM 5432 is from GHANA, DSR 863 is from TANGANYIKA (now Tanzania), ER-2 3365 is from ETHIOPIA, F3854 is from the BELGIAN CONGO, A 6492 is from RWANDA, and U-6694 is another BELGIAN CONGO, 5 513 is from ERITREA. ER 23365 is the mate to a plate above from ETHIOPIA and is the front plate to that pair. Last is a plate also from ETHIOPIA. All plates are excellent, with the exception of the Belgian Congo which is fair and the last Ethiopian plate which is very good.
