The action is fitted with double set triggers and the No. 6 Schuetzen special lever, which is typical for this model. Face of the action is marked 54. Nicely figured buttstock beautifully checkered in an ornate pattern. Full octagon barrel is marked "HOFFMAN ARMS CO., ARDMORE., OKLA." and ".22 LONG RIFLE", No. 4 weight, and drilled and tapped for a scope. Globe front sight, rear sight is a Lyman with windage in the base and a sight disk. CONDITION: Case colors are bright. Buttstock retains over 90% of its original finish with numerous minor handling marks, scratches, dents, etc. Forearm showing minor dings from handling. Over 95% of barrel blue is present with some wear on sharp edges. Good action, excellent bore. TR
