Lot consists of: Two unusual plates, in that the International oval signs are included as an integral part of each plate. M 898 is from Sweden, and is made of cast alloy. The B-23515 is from Spain, it is made of a partially translucent plastic, a material similar to a Bakelite, which allows the plate to be illuminated from behind so the numbers may be seen at night. It also has a red plastic disc at the top, further providing safely in the dark.
