Truly superb condition and highly sought after Beretta Model 12 S machine gun with AWC MK 9 removable suppressor. The suppressor will transfer on a separate ATF transfer form from the gun. These two NFA items will not be shipped separately. The Beretta Model 12 is an exceptionally well manufactured and finished modern machine gun with ergonomic vertical foregrip, folding buttstock, and forward grip safety. The former owner had this specimen fitted with an AWC MK 9 suppressor to even further enhance the tactical advantage of this model. No magazine present. This gun is a pre-May 1986 dealer sample currently on an ATF Form 3 at Morphy’s annotated as “LIMITED TO USE AS A SALES SAMPLE”. As a pre-86 dealer sample, this gun can be retained privately when an active FFL/SOT dealer in a "sole proprietor" status relinquishes their license, subject to any state and local restrictions, and upon BATF approval. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original factory black hardcoat finish with very little evidence of firing. Bore is near excellent shiny and bright. Bolt face near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun. An absolutely fabulous machine gun package! THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS MACHINE GUN IS TRANSFERABLE AS A PRE-86 DEALER SAMPLE ONLY TO ACTIVE CURRENT FFL/SOT DEALERS ON AN ATF FORM 3 ONLY. SUPPRESSOR IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
