Heckler & Koch Model MP5 registered receiver machine gun manufactured in 1981. Serial number on top of receiver with three position selector “S, E, F”. Telescoping buttstock and three lug barrel. No magazine present. As a pre-86 dealer sample, this gun can be retained privately when an active FFL/SOT dealer in a "sole proprietor" status relinquishes their license, subject to any state and local restrictions, and upon BATF approval. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent black hard coat original finish with no noticeable wear. Composite furnishings of buttstock and pistol grip also near excellent. Bore is extremely fine shiny and bright with firing residue. Bolt near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
