Beretta Model 92F pistol with Knights Armament "Snap-On" suppressor. No magazine present. The pistol incorporates an extended barrel with a slot on each side where the the retaining rods on the back of the suppressor literally snap on. This keeps the suppressor perfectly vertical on the barrel and the top part of the catch doubles as a rear sight. Suppressor incorporates a "shotgun" style bead front sight. This pistol also has the slide lock attached to the frame which locks the slide in the forward position. In order for the slide to move to the rear, this locking bracket must be cammed downward by the firer. It may be left in the unlocked position, or raised at the option of the firer. An ingenious system! Serial numbers are matching between detachable suppressor and pistol. The suppressor included in this lot is a National Firearms Act Item and will transfer on an ATF Form 3 or 4. The pistol and suppressor will not be shipped separately. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original smooth black finish on slide with original matte blue finish on other parts with the exception of the extended portion of the barrel which is in the white. Upon close examination one can discern a couple handling marks. Bore is very fine, shiny and bright with some firing residue. Suppressor can has firing residue. Bolt face very fine. Mechanics are crisp. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
