Standard features include full round barrel, full magazine, twin bands, post and blade front sight, folding ladder rear sight, saddle ring and stud, blued finish, walnut stock, carbine butt, and Marble tang sight. CONDITION: Barrel and tube are basically a soft patina with flashes of original blue mixed in and some scattered handling marks on top of barrel. Frame retains approximately 80% original blue turning patina around all high edges. Scattered handling marks at base. Ghost circle on left side due to saddle ring. Lever is brown-grey patina, as is buttplate. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal with usual light impressions. Fine action. Near mint bore with well-defined sharp rifling and shiny grooves. A great 1892 .44 caliber carbine, nice enough to be collectible but with enough wear to take it to the range. DB
