Seldom seen chromolitho print titled: "CUSTER'S LAST CHARGE." Creator was a Feador Fuchs in late 1876, this is known to be the first artistic rendition of the battle that the American public saw. Fuchs was an artist for the Milwaukee Litho. & Engr. Co. Dynamic and swirling scene of Custer's last stand at Little Big Horn, Montana, 1876 with US soldiers and Indians fighting on horseback. General George Armstrong Custer, holding sword overhead, fights in the center of the melee. Indians and troopers are armed with rifles, lances, swords, tomahawks, etc. CONDITION: Nice crisp colors with no water damage or foxing. Only a few of these prints have survived with most being in educational institutions or museum holdings. Professionally framed and mounted.
