This is an unusual dispenser from the standpoint that it is not ceramic, but is silver plate and was made by William A. Rogers. The condition of the piece is beautiful with only mild to medium tarnish and it includes its original plunger pump. No wear at all is exhibited. Condition: Near mint+.
