The case of the cabinet is very clean with only the lightest of wear as is the embossed tin sign on the front. The sign itself is about as high condition as one will ever find with only one or two tiny paint flecks and still retaining a wonderful shine with unfaded colors. Condition: 9.5, Near Mint.
