Attractively matted and framed under glass, the metal strip is not visible but the pad is full for the year. The January page of the calendar pad has light soiling and staining only, and the calendar top is wonderfully clean and bright with two or three very short and mild roll wrinkles or marks in the 5" of the piece on each side. Condition: 9.5 - 9.7, Near Mint.
