Beautifully matted and framed under glass and complete with the original metal strip and what appears to be a complete pad. There are a few closed tears and wrinkles on the January page but the rest of the visible image of the calendar top is absolutely gorgeous and displays only one tiny edge wrinkle/closed tear. The mat conceals the extreme outer edge borders both left and right but judging from the condition of the piece we doubt there are huge issues, if any. Condition: 9.3 - 9.6+, Near Mint.
