Beautifully mounted under museum glass with mylar corners and displays what appears to be a complete pad beginning in September of 1900. The colors are strong and vivid and the enameling is still shiny and the embossing is highly detailed and heavy on this piece. The corners have only very light wear and there is a small short closed tear at left side just over 1/2" long that is quite difficult to see due to the fact that it is at the border of some flower petals. The piece is very clean with little to no soiling and none of these shortcomings serve to diminish the appearance of the piece in any appreciable way. Condition: 9.3 - 9.6, Near Mint.
