Nicely framed under glass this darling cutout is exquisite in its details and retains rich embossing and a beautiful enameled finish. What is difficult to discern the way it is framed is that there are open cutouts near the girl's hair on the piece itself. Very clean and impressive with only small dot soiling around the border areas. Condition: 9.6, Near Mint.
