Lot contains: (A) Black pressed felt body with a polished leather band around the lower edge of the body and black leather chin strap. Brass eagle front plate with crossed rifles and German silver musician lyre, brass infantry side buttons. White horse hair plume and white wool cords. CONDITION: Very good with the interior showing minor wear. (B) Black pressed felt body with a polished leather band around the lower edge of the body and black leather chin strap. Brass eagle front plate with German silver commissary department quarter moon, brass commissary department side buttons. W.H. Horstmann 1902 contract stamp. CONDITION: Very good, the front plate partially detached and missing two mounting loops.
