Springfield receiver made in October of 1942 with Springfield barrel dated 4-47. Early style rear sight and gas plug. Milled trigger group with all "SA" marked parts. "SA" marked op rod and bolt. Walnut stocks with "P" in circle proof and "256" rack number on left butt. Comes with World War II style oiler. CONDITION: 70% remaining arsenal refinish on metal parts. Wood is oil soaked and cartouche is barely visible due to the service marks all over the stock. Shootable bore. TE reading: 1. ME reading: 1. Good mechanics.
