This is a factory engraved Pocket Army, 3rd Model, with solid frame, 3-1/4" barrel, birds head grip, skull crusher butt, single action with fixed hammer. The factory engraving is very typical of Merwin & Hulbert or Hopkins & Allen with nearly full coverage but no enamel. The left side panel scene is a reclining buck. CONDITION: Gun retains nearly all of a vintage reapplied plating and sharp factory legends. Action locks up like new. Fine strong frosted bore in the popular .44-40 Winchester caliber. DB
