The Eley Cartridge Company was founded by Charles and William Eley in London in the 1820s. This is a large display that measures 25" wide and 31" tall (framed). The store display features 70 cardboard hull shotshells and 11 brass. These include both the 4 and 8 bore. Also included are two cutaways. Trade names include; Amberite, Pegamoid and Cannonite. The display also has a few wads. The liner frame is original red painted wood. Board is manila in color with bright red print. CONDITION: Display has all original shells and is in excellent, extremely clean and crisp condition with the exception of outer wood frame which has some chipping but could easily be refinished if so desired.
