The Eley Cartridge Company was founded by Charles and William Eley in London in the 1820s. This board consists of 20 shotshells, one of brass with all others constructed of cardboard. There are 12 small handgun self-contained rimfire cartridges. The mission oak style original frame is stenciled in black on top and bottom. Trade names on cartridges include; Lenith, Comet, Rocket, Thor, Ecar, Pluto, Grand Prix, Mars, Acme, and others. Their London trademark is stamped in center on a dull grey cardboard with original wood backing. Piece measures 16" x 17". CONDITION: Excellent, original condition. DB
