This is one of the harder to find manufacturers codes, made by Mauser-Borgiswalde in 1943. Clearly marked "ar / 43" on the receiver. Matching numbers, including the inside channel of the laminated stock. CONDITION: Retains 70% finish overall with some areas of light surface rust. Markings are clear. Wood appears to have been lightly cleaned with some dings and handling marks. The hand guard was split at one time and glued back together. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Fine mechanical function. GR
